SHIPPING:
I currently only ship to the US! International ordering options will be coming as soon as I figure out pricing!
PREORDERS:
Preorder items will ship anywhere from 1-2 weeks (stickers) to 1-2 months (charms/keychains) after the preorder period for the items close. Any orders containing In-stock items on top of preorder items will be shipped together.
NO REFUNDS, RETURNS / EXCHANGES :
Unless there are any issues with your order, such as a damaged/missing product, I will not be providing returns.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
Firstly, I'd like to note that all keychains I currently sell will have a plastic film on at least one side of the charm. If you notice any scratches upon receiving your charm, please be sure to remove the plastic film before contacting me.
In case you receive a damaged merch item, one that is not the result of the scratched plastic film, please be sure to contact me IMMEDIATELY with photo proof of the damage. Depending on the severity of the damage and what it was caused by, you may receive a free or discounted replacement package.
GENERAL:
- Once orders are shipped out they are out of my hands! I will try to provide tracking when applicable and most orders should be received within a week of being shipped out. I will regularly be posting updates on my socials on when i'll be shipping out orders.
- If any concerns arise please contact your local post office for any questions/concerns about the package after its been shipped out.
